If A Person Has Had Multiple Back Surgeries And Is

If a person has had multiple back surgeries and is put on TRAZODONE and OXYCONTIN, and the person has just been released after a 2 week stay in the hospital from the last back surgery and was sent home with a HEP-LOCK, can it become clogged and cause a blood clot or could a blood clot form if the person takes to much of the meds. Could any of this cause a pulmonary embolism? Thanks for any help you can provide.
