If An Individual Were To Take Ibuprofen And Amoxicillin, Not

If an individual were to take ibuprofen and amoxicillin, not to mention the Flexeril a week before, will it show dirty in a drug urinalysis test?.... or is that the reason its taking the laboratory to respond back after three days? I have a cup of caffeine alkaloid on a daily basis, I stick to the minimum limitation...could that be one reason as well? I'm concerned and curious.......Thank you dearly doctor,....
