If Anyone Could Help Me Understand Or Give Me Suggestions

If anyone could help me understand or give me suggestions it would be so greatly appreciated! I'm concerned about my right side of my labia that will not stop twitching. It has been 5 days now of constant 5-10 seconds, 15-30 seconds of persistent twitching. I'm eating and sleeping decently, also took vitamins the last couple days with no change. I'm 27. Sexually active(once every 5 months or so) with the same partner I've been with the last 7 yrs. Not over or underweight but have high Bp and pulse.
