If My Anti TPO Test Result Is 119.5 And Normal

If my Anti TPO test result is 119.5 and normal is 0.0-9.0 what would possibly be causing this? Should I be worried? I have a Thyroid Ultra sound tomorrow, but have not been able to eat in nearly six weeks due to burning like eating insulation and sore gums. Everything tastes spoiled and my mouth feels grossly smooth like oil was put in it. Also has a foul smell. Thanks.
