If My Sister Went To See A PM Doctor For

If my sister went to see a PM doctor for the first time and she had been prescribed Vicodin but not oxy for a while but had some left and the night before the appointment took oxy not Vicodin then at the appointment the new doctor asked he what medication she had and when and she lied. Then they gave her a saliva test will the the PM DOCTOR be able to tell she had Oxycodone in her system and not just Vicodin?

If the answer is yes should she call the doctor and tell him she lied or should she tell him she was nervous made a mistake or should she just say nothing?

If caught what is the penalty? Will the doctor refuse to treat her thinking she has a drug problem. I know she is not and only takes medication when she's in real pain but just got nervous.
