If The The Patient Had Open Heart Surgery 3 Weeks

If the the patient had open heart surgery 3 weeks ago and a week later he sneezed and the plate moved so they went in and fixed that. Well last night he sneezed again and his chest opened up and the plate moved again and put a hole in the bag around his heart. This morning they fixed that but now they cant figure out how to close him back up. He is in a medical induce coma and waiting on a team of surgeons to get there tomorrow but is there anything they can do? is he going to be okay?
