If You Answer Any Medical Question I Have One.4 Weeks

If you answer any medical question i have one.4 weeks ago I got this lump on my upper lip.my nose in front went crusty white then crusty yellow. My nose deformed.bearly could see in my nose .its a little better now but .my upper lip swollen crusty yellow lumps on lip .the large lump from the beginning turned out to be 3 lumps but now smaller .now it spread to the side of nose.looks like scabby yellow impetigo. Was diagnosed with rhynosclroma. Medication im taking does not seem to be working. I've been to a dermatologist.have to wait 3 weeks for results.they cut my lip open took samples.Should i try something in the meantime. Like a baking soda paste?
