If You Broke Your Risk At Home. Spent 9 Wks

If you broke your risk at home. Spent 9 wks in a cast , later to be told it wasn't healed & you had to start physio right away due to stiffness in fingers & risk & poor range of movement. Went to physio 2 ot 3 sessions to be told by her you had cprs. Can the treating medical doctors me held liable.
