If You Have Heart, Kidney, And Arthritis Ailments,and Your Doctors

If you have heart, kidney, and arthritis ailments,and your doctors make prescriptions for all those them. Let say four different medications for the first, five for the second and four for the third. How would I take them. I do not want to bombard my body with all those tablets at once. Can I take the ones for heart condition in the morning, kidneys in the afternoon, and arthritis in the evening to avoid a mixture of different medicines in my system at once?
