If You Smoke Marijuana While You Have A Stoma And

If you smoke marijuana while you have a stoma and ileostomy bag will it help with stomach cramping? Am I able to do it without any bag problems? I use to do it before I got my colon out to help with my UC pain. Think I can go back to doing it without causing any bag trouble?
