If You're Using The Patch (for Birth Control) And You

If you're using the patch (for birth control) and you just finished your period (your patch free week) is it unsafe to have intercourse without a condom, even if you're starting your next months patch cycle tomorrow? Thursday is my patch day, and I need to put it on tomorrow morning. If I have inter course without a condom tonight am I still protected?
