I(female Age 66 In Overall Good Health Except For High

I(female age 66 in overall good health except for high blood pressure) have a higher than normal liver enzyme Alanine Aminotrans(ALT) (the number was 59 in December and is still as high or may be higher) I see my Dr next Tuesday , but in the meantime am wondering if there are foods or herbs I could take to improve this #. I am not a frequent drinker, and I tested negative for hepatitis. I have had melanoma over 10 yrs ago but no re-occuring melanoma since it's removal. I am quite anxious about what this higher than normal result may mean. YYYY@YYYY
