Igot Stung By Something On My Heel. I Thinkk It

Igot stung by something on my heel. I thinkk it was a bee. It was very very painful. It started swelling in the hee. Area and got very hard. What ever it was we believe we got it out. However the foot is throbbing and hurts to walk on. I toom 2 benadryl and have ice on it. The pain has eased up, but it is still quite painful. Is this normal?
