Ihave Been Experiencing Lower Gastrointestinal Cramps And Have Been Unable

Ihave been experiencing lower gastrointestinal cramps and have been unable to urinate. My fluid intake is not matching output. There is no burning while urinating, just feel like I have tobut unable to. I have had kidney stones before and this is nothing like that, noblood in the urine or asssociated back pain. Any ideas?
