Ihave Been Having Pain In My Right Lower Back And

Ihave been having pain in my right lower back and side off and on for about 6months . I have been using solonpos patches for the pain and muscel spasm pain medication.. I have not noticed any blood in my urine or a foal smell. Could I have a kidney stone?
