Rrally congested except my throat gkands seemed so swollen that I sounded like a cat purring. Anyway four days into this my left nose got very clogged to where I couldn't blow it. Finally I blew hard and a pink hunk of tissue came out. It had tiny blood vessels running thru it. It wasn't bloody but I'm sure it was skin tissue. What could it be from
