Ihave Pain, Arthritis, Buldgeing Disc And Bone Spurs In C3

Ihave pain, arthritis, buldgeing disc and bone spurs in c3 and c5.I have old injuries there. I have to prop my head up when sitting to gain some freedom from pain and sometimes need to apply heat. ''''Funny thing is my neck is okay until I get out of bed and then it seems gravity takes over causing pain. One medication that helps is clonazepam. I can't figure why it helps and if there is something better to try.
