I'll Be Honest.... I Injected A "liquid" Sub Q Instead

I'll be honest.... I injected a "liquid" sub q instead of intra-m and ended up with a abcess. I have drained it with a 20g needle a few times, and now I can't get anything else out of it. The redness has been gone out of it for 3-4 days now. I don't have a fever and I feel fine, however it still has a lump below the skin. How long does it take for it to go away typically
