I'll Be Taking BP Med Amlodipine/valsatar 5/160 After Taking Tekturna

I'll be taking BP med amlodipine/valsatar 5/160 after taking tekturna for years. When I switch there will be tekturna in my blood for possibly weeks. What should I expect since (I read) the two drugs are interactive and there will be a period of overlap in mr system until my body rids itself of the trek turns?
