I'll Be Traveling The US From Hong Kong On The

I'll be traveling the US from Hong Kong on the 2nd of May, however per the requirements of the CDC, I need to test negative for the virus three days before departure. My concern is, I'm scheduled to receive the second dose of the vaccine on the 1st, but I'm wondering if I do the test is there a possibility that traces of the virus will show up in my results?
