I'll Give This A Try, So For The Last 2

I'll give this a try, so for the last 2 weeks I've had a really bad cough, which isn't much because I suffer from asthma especially when it gets colder out. Well a few days ago I had a really sharp pain in my neck and went to the doctors. There they gave me meds for my cough and my neck pain. It's been a few days now and my neck pain is gone, however my cough is still stronger than ever and now whenever I cough I have a sharp pain going down my right arm. It starts right below the shoulder all the way down my wrist. It's an awful pain as if something in my arm has popped. Whenever I cough laying down the pain is gone. I'm not sure what to do or if I'm dying. Everywhere online says blood cloth or cancer and I'm not in the mood for all that.
