I'm 11 Weeks Pregnant And Recently My Gums Have Become

I'm 11 weeks pregnant and recently my gums have become very sore and bleed when I brush. Last night i got woken up by horrible pain in my lower front gums and it felt almost as if I had a bruised chin. How can i fix this? My teeth are fine it's just the gums are so painful.
