I'm 11 Years Old And I Still Pee In Bed

I'm 11 years old and I still pee in bed and when I run or walk I see that thing in the sides of my vagina and sometimes inside my vagina about to get out. I've been having this thing since a month and I really need to know if it is a sign that I'm ovulating or about to get my period please let me know and give me a very good definition of the fluid discharge. But remember I still pee on bed.
