I'm 12 Weeks Pregnant And I'm Wondering If There Was

I'm 12 weeks pregnant and I'm wondering if there was a way to be tested for gestational diabetes I've been extremely tired I'm always thirsty and water doesn't really help I've been shaking a lot and also feeling nauseated and have been vomiting a lot to the point where I've lost weight and its starting to worry me but I'm not sure what to do. Can you help me?
