I'm 12 Years Old And Used A Tampon Two Times

I'm 12 years old and used a tampon two times now. Insertion is easy for me, but when I take it out, it feels like I was pulling my insides out with it! I know that the tamon is full because the blood just starts leaking out after 4 hours. Do you know what I'm doing wrong? I tried relaxing my muscles and pulling at the same angle, but still the same feeling. Any advice?
