I'm 13 And Still Bed-wetting. Both Of My Parents Did

I'm 13 and still bed-wetting. Both of my parents did it as children, and some of my siblings did/do. I've been constipated for the past couple of months, took two enemas and some miralax, but that didn't help. Could a children's bed-wetting alarm help, if it's due to constipation? And could it help if it's not due to the constipation?
