I'm 13 weeks pregnant I have 2days vomiting my stomach hasent been able to hold nothing that I try eating or drinking ,I've been in bed all day I started diarrhea and major headache and tingling and a lil numbness on feet and toes just started stomach pain only when I vomit.Should I go to E.R
