I'm 14 And I Have A Lump Under My Areola,

I'm 14 and I have a lump under my areola, it came up about a day ago and is very painful. when I squeeze my boob yellow/green discharge comes out, the discharge can be sticky too. I started birth control about 3 weeks ago, and my period should be happening anytime now. my grandmother and mother have had breast cancer but do not carry the gene, should I be worried?
