I'm 14 And I've Had Mega Colon All My Life,

I'm 14 and I've had mega colon all my life, but tonight I was having a party and I've had a severe pain down my left side of my stomach between the bottom of my rib cage and pelvis. I feel like it's maybe wind pain, but since I've taken paracetamol it's not as bad. A&E is not an option as its New Year's Eve and I can't get up to the hospital. Thank you!
