I'm 14 Weeks Pregnant And Have Been Feeling Sick Throughout

I'm 14 weeks pregnant and have been feeling sick throughout my pregnancy. But tonight I felt so sick and had to vomit badly but wouldn't come up. I started to feel light headed and emotional I lost vision and hearing for a few and freaked myself out and went into a panic attack and than had my bf call my on call ob try said it was normal?? I don't feel like it is..
