I'm 15 And Female, I Have Blue Veins On My

I'm 15 and female, I have blue veins on my breast and also sometimes get dried skin on my nipple which sometimes gets sore or itchy. I have like hard tissue in my breasts or some sort of lump. Lastly, on of my breasts are larger than the other. Is it breast cancer or is it normal? I don't know whether I should consult a doctor or what.
