I'm 15 weeks pregnant and just quit smoking meth, cold turkey. I've already heard a strong heartbeat several times and saw it moving around on ultrasound. I feel a lot of guilt for the choices I made and how selfish I was. Are my baby's chances of survival favorable? Is it best to quit cold turkey? Thanks so much.
