I'm 15 Years Old I Have A Question Regarding Medication

I'm 15 years old I have a question regarding medication my mom out me on I'm now taking clonidine for sleep and Tourettes syndrom I was looking up side affects of it and it said one of the side affects was impotence and I was really curious to wonder if clonidine can cause impotence in teens like me I'm not active in any sort of way like that I'm just scared because I feel like I'm to young to have impotence
