I'm 15 Years Old I Used To Have UC I

I'm 15 years old I used to have UC i sill have a ileostomy it's been 2 months since my surgery I've gotten to MRI but they don't no what's wrong with me I was doing good but all a sudden I started hurting really bad I think I might have colon cancer please help me.
