I'm 16 And I Recently Noticed A Lump On The

I'm 16 and I recently noticed a lump on the right side of my neck. A few days before noticing the lump, I had fallen asleep wrong and woken up with a sore neck. My neck bothered me for a few days after that. Around that time is when I noticed the lump. It isn't sore but I have noticed that I have a sore throat. What is this lump? It's is kind of hard.
