I'm 16, And Not Sexually Active. I Think That I

I'm 16, and not sexually active. I think that I have Pityriasis rosea, and was wondering the best way to cure it. I started with a spot on my upper thigh, and it's spread to my abdomen, chest, on my breast, my back, and it's starting to appear on my leg. I know you shouldn't get too wet or sweaty so it doesn't spread, but I am very active with sports (so there isn't really a way around it). Any type of advice would be highly appreciated.
