I'm 16 And Sexually Active I Doubt What My Problem

I'm 16 and sexually active I doubt what my problem is has anything to do with that but about a month ago my labia inner and outer were very irritated. At night was the worst. Now I've noticed tht there's theses buch of dark spots where it used to itch I'm not sure if those are scabs from itching but it doesn't feel like scabs. Just like darker bigger freckles that weren't there before. I'm scared can you help ?
