I'm 16, Female. I Just Found Out I Have Head

I'm 16, female. I just found out I have head lice, any suggestions for what I can do by myself to get rid of them. I scratched out with my nails black specs of eggs, as many as I could, then I had a shower and got as many as I could out with a fine tooth comb. I can't buy that shampoo or nit comb for them and yea... Help!
