I'm 16 Years Old, I Had Sex On The 6th

I'm 16 years old, I had sex on the 6th of August and my period was supposed to start on the 8th but it was 10 days late. I lost my virginity to my boyfriend who lost his years ago. It hurt a lot, he didn't even get half in. Now I'm constantly dry, and it burns when I pee, it itches inside my private, plus it's swollen, though I don't get any discharge. The pain has gotten so bad I can't sleep. Is there a chance I can fix it? My family is poor and we don't have insurance, please help me.
