I'm 16 Years Old And Ended My Period About A

I'm 16 years old and ended my period about a week ago. Today, I've peed and wiped and nothing abnormal happened.. Until I got home, I had to pee really bad and when I did.. There was no blood in my pee but just a little on the toilet paper. I am a hypochondriac so I'm thinking the worst!
