I'm 17, And 18 In A Few Days. My Boyfriend

I'm 17, and 18 in a few days. My boyfriend and I haven't been using condoms for 7 months. I'm on the pill, and I have never missed one and I take it at the same time everyday. He also pulls out. I feel guilty about this because my Mum found out we didn't use condoms a few months ago and told me I had to use them from now on. We tried using condoms again but I don't want to use them because they hurt me and I get UTIs from them. I know this method works for us because its been 7 months and I don't get pregnant from this method. I have been tested for Chlaymdia and Gonnereha and I don't have those. I am just feeling like I should use condoms only out of guilt from my Mum, and also the fact we haven't had a HIV test. Should I be using condoms if I am on the pill?
