I'm 17 And I Injured Myself About 5 Months Ago

I'm 17 and I injured myself about 5 months ago and had a hematoma on my Vulva.. It's still a little bit swollen in one area and I have started to get random sharp pains and an itch once in a while. I also noticed some yellow crust like stuff in between my labia. It hurts more when I sit for long period of time. I just wanna know is the remaining swelling(it went down a lot since it first happened) normal and is the yellow stuff part of it healing or is it most likely an infection. (I'm gonna get checked soon)
