I'm 17 Weeks Pregnant. I've Been Having Problems With My

I'm 17 weeks pregnant. I've been having problems with my sinuses that was being treated with Tylenol cold and sinus and sudafed. Saturday it got progressively worse. I've had 2 sinus cocktail shots with no relief. Started on a steroid dose pack today. OB said I should get more blood work drawn because there may be something more going on. Should I go to ER?
