Im 17 Years Old And My Girlfriend Touched My Penis

Im 17 years old and my girlfriend touched my penis for the first time last night... I got an erection but then lost it for some reason when we tried to go further. Why did this happen I am super confused. Im not on any medication and i was not sleep deprived or anything.
