I'm 17 Yo Girl, I've Been Experiencing Abdominal Pain, Feeling

I'm 17 yo girl, I've been experiencing abdominal pain, feeling of pins and needles in upper left thigh near abdominal and the pain would spread down my leg, also lower back pain and headaches and chest pain and fullness in throat and nausea I notice these symptoms when I have constipation or bowel movements, my abdominal pain is worse than my period pains, I just finished from my period last week. What is that?
