I'm 18 I Came Of The Implant Nearly Two Years

I'm 18 I came of the implant nearly two years ago I've had a boyfriend for the past year I haven't got pregnant I get periods but there not on a 28 day cycle but now im really tierd keep getting pain around my pelvis area I feel like I have a water infection and its pushing on my bladder and I've had little tiny blobs of blood come out with my wee or when I wipe it's like really light coloured pinky blood taken two tests but there negative I don't no what to do
