I'm 18 I Have Always Had Large Saggy Breast And

I'm 18 I have always had large saggy breast and after giving birth my breasts became very saggy with so much excess skin but the problem is the large pores on the top of them along with little hairs that grow. I am wondering if it is normal or if I should get it checked out. Another problem I also have is I breakout with sores on my butt and also a final rash sometimes. I have no idea why my buttons does this and I don't make it any better by picking at it but I'm curious as to why I have acne on my but.
