I'm 18 And I Have Had 2 Swollen Lumps Between

I'm 18 and I have had 2 swollen lumps between my anus and vulva for as long as I can remember. They are not irritated or itchy or even painful, they are just annoying. They are kind of purplish brown and about the size of almonds.
I haven't been concerned until now because after taking health class, I noticed that the vigina diagram doesn't show anything like it.
Should I be worried?
