I'm 18 And I'm Freaking Out, I Had Sex For

I'm 18 and I'm freaking out, I had sex for the first time and sadly we didn't use protection. He went in once or twice and stopped. He never ejaculated inside of me .(.I had my period about a week before we had sex ).. I was scared, so about two hours later I took the "Take Action" pill. The next morning I was feeling the side effects ( tired and breast tenderness) but I'm still terrified. We are both in college and I don't want to have a baby ... It was stupid and I'm disappointed in myself to have my first time like this but I need a doctors Input because I can't talk to my parents about it... I need to know how safe I am from getting pregnant before I have a heart attack
