I'm 18 And Had Unprotected Sex On The 20th Of

I'm 18 and had unprotected sex on the 20th of September. I took a morning after pill the following day and got my period on the 27th for 6days . 13th October I had very light brownish spotting on my underwear, not much, for less than an hour and about 3 red dots on the tissue after wiping myself. Not sure what is going on. Please help
